Lightning Stargirl

Got a request for Lightning Dust in Stargirl’s (Smallville) outfit! Probably because the actress is also Turbo Turquoise’s VA. I don’t know! I just think it’s cute and had fun with it. Also got to experiment with SAI’s copic brushes in the process.
